本文研究了使用超声波影响溶有饱和气体的浮选矿浆的选别情况,从而以一种新的方式实现浮选作业——气泡—产生即立刻吸附于矿物颗粒表面,而不是传统的方式——气泡和矿物颗粒在运动状态下发生接触而粘附。所用超声波源的频率为35KHz。为了能清楚直观地看到观察结果,采用了微量浮选,纯矿物获得上浮。这种方法的特点是浮选速率较快,药剂消耗量较少。试验结果表明,在这方面还有大量研究工作要做。
In this paper, the selection of flotation slurry using supersonic wave to dissolve saturated gas was studied to realize the flotation operation in a new way - that is, the bubble generation immediately adsorbed on the surface of mineral particles instead of the traditional way - Bubbles and mineral particles in contact with the movement and adhesion. The frequency of the ultrasonic source used is 35 KHz. In order to be able to see clearly and intuitively observed results, the use of trace flotation, pure minerals get up. This method is characterized by faster flotation, less pharmaceutical consumption. The test results show that there is still a great deal of research work to be done in this area.
