攀钢钒新3号高炉检修后开炉采用快速烘炉、炉底多点立体点火、快速转换装料制度、快速扩大进风面积等技术,点火开炉后加风顺利,炉缸活跃。通过制定科学的开炉方案,保留烘炉导管开炉,加风口圈调整进风面积,优化料制,合理控制边缘和中心气流等措施,确保高炉快速达产,高炉利用系数3天达到2.015t/(m~2·d)。此次实践是目前国内外2 000m~3级冶炼钒钛磁铁矿高炉开炉中最成功的一次。
After the overhaul of the No.3 blast furnace in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the blast furnace was opened with quick ovens, multi-point three-dimensional ignition at the bottom of the furnace, rapid conversion charging system and rapid expansion of air inlet area. After the ignition was started, the wind was smooth and the hearth was active. Through the development of a scientific open-plan, to keep the oven furnace open furnace, plus air ring to adjust the air intake area, optimize the material system, reasonable control of the edge and the center of the airflow and other measures to ensure rapid blast furnace production, blast furnace utilization factor of 3 days to 2.015t / (m ~ 2 · d). This practice is currently the most successful one at a blast furnace of 2 000 m ~ 3 smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite at home and abroad.
