党政领导作为带领国家各个机关单位持续向前的领头羊,其选拨质量的优劣对于国家长远发展影响重大。文章以此为着手点,针对党政领导选拨任用追责制度的完善开展分析,文中笔者在界定相关概念的基础上,对当前领导干部选拨任用追责制度中存在的问题进行分析,并基于此提出相应的改善措施,希望能够为建设更加优质的党政领导干部队伍提供帮助。
