从理论上对界面管理进行分析,针对EPC工程总承包的多阶段、多专业深度交叉以及参与单位较多等特点,重点研究EPC总承包项目界面管理的方法,并详细介绍了某大型有色金属冶炼EPC总承包项目控制和管理项目界面的实践和经验。
From the theoretical analysis of the interface management, focusing on the multi-stage and multi-specialty cross-cutting of EPC projects and the large number of participating units, this paper mainly focuses on the methods of EPC EPC project interface management and introduces in detail a large-scale non-ferrous metal smelting EPC general contracting project control and management project interface practice and experience.
