稀有气体在地球各圈层具有特征的同位素组成,是各种地质作用和地球化学过程理想的示踪剂。近年来,稀有气体同位素地球化学研究中最令人瞩目的进展之一,是示踪地球内部流体的来源。稀有气体同位素、13C和Mg/Ca的比率作为反映温度变化的工具。它们相辅相成、相互验证为得出更为精确的结果提供了依据。
Rare gas has a characteristic isotopic composition in all layers of the earth and is an ideal tracer for various geological processes and geochemical processes.
