论述了在UG环境下,利用其开发工具参数结合关系式功能来实现声振子系统参数化造型的方法,对菜单开发设计和UI对话框开发设计的关键技术进行研究。利用UG平台的二次开发模块和VC++强大编程功能,通过动态链接库方式,成功实现了与UG/Open系统集成的功率超声珩磨声振子系统参数化设计的二次开发。
This paper discusses how to realize the parametric modeling of the sonotrode system by using the parameters of the development tools and the relational functions in the UG environment. The key technologies of the development and design of the menu and the design and development of the UI dialog box are studied. By using the secondary development module of UG platform and the powerful programming function of VC ++, the secondary development of parameterized design of the power ultrasonic honing acoustic oscillator subsystem integrated with UG / Open system has been successfully achieved through the dynamic link library.
