一、主要存在问题1.组织结构不合理,会计监督不到位.科研院所在转企改制的过程中,采取了各种各样的激励措施,调动了科技人员的积极性,但同时也给财务管理带来了一定难度.再加上财务机构设置不合理,财会人员配备不到位,使得财务管理与生产经营脱节,财务人员无法得到生产经营的真实资料,无法对各项目进行成本控制.
