对于父母而言,失去孩子的痛苦无法用语言形容,也许只能期待时间来抚平伤痛;对于那些因为意外伤害导致终身残疾的孩子的父母来说,那种伤痛却是永远的。在我国,随着传染病、感染性疾病和营养不良的有效控制,儿童死亡率降低,而意外伤害就成为儿童死亡的首位因素。每年有超过20万的儿童因意外伤害而死亡,即每3名死亡的儿童中就有1名是意外伤害所导致的,而且这个数字还在以每年7%～10%的速度增加。
For parents, the pain of losing a child can not be described in words and perhaps only time can be taken to heal the pain; the pain is permanent for parents who have been crippled for life-long disabilities by accidental injury. In our country, with the effective control of infectious diseases, infectious diseases and malnutrition, child mortality rates have decreased, and accidental injuries have become the number one factor in child mortality. Every year more than 200,000 children die as a result of accidental injuries, one out of every three children who died being accidentally injured, and this number is still increasing at 7% to 10% annually.
