轴孔内径测量是保证轴孔加工精度的重要因素,为克服现有测量方法中人为误差大以及由于二次装夹带来的加工精度的问题,研究了一种基于数控平台的轴孔内径在线测量方法。该方法在现有数控机床的基础上,以三点定一圆的数学原理作为其测量技术,结合开放式数控系统的结构,开发了一套以PC为平台,运动控制器为核心的开放式轴孔内径在线测量数控系统。对在线测量数控系统软、硬件进行设计,并以简单的编程示例说明了基于数控平台的轴孔内径在线测量方法的测量过程。
