目的了解救护车内空气及物品污染情况,探讨减少污染的方法。方法在对救护车内空气采用消毒、自然通风及物品更换等措施实施前后进行采样,比较细菌污染情况。结果救护车内常用物品消毒后细菌培养菌落数低于消毒前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);杀菌率均>95%。结论通过建立消毒实施情况的监控管理制度,加强消毒管理,可杜绝通过救护车引起的院内感染。
Objective To understand the pollution of air and articles in ambulances and to explore ways to reduce pollution. Methods Before and after the implementation of the ambulance air disinfection, natural ventilation and articles such as the implementation of sampling, bacterial contamination. Results The average number of bacterial culture colonies in ambulances was lower than that before disinfection (P <0.01). The rate of sterilization was> 95%. Conclusion By establishing a monitoring and management system for disinfection implementation and strengthening disinfection management, it is possible to eliminate the nosocomial infection caused by ambulances.
