介绍了以蓄电池为动力的蓄电池电机车变频控制系统的设计。电机车电气系统包括动力电池、整车控制系统、变频调速系统等。整车采用CAN总线的通讯方式对车辆进行控制,并实时监控车辆的运行状态,显示车辆的各项运行参数。整车具有自动化程度高、性能安全可靠等优点,并且解决了直流电机车调速电阻浪费大量电能的问题。
The design of frequency conversion control system of battery electric locomotive powered by battery is introduced. Electric locomotive electrical systems include power batteries, vehicle control system, frequency control system. Vehicle using CAN bus communication to control the vehicle, and real-time monitoring of the vehicle’s operating status, display the vehicle’s various operating parameters. The vehicle has the advantages of high degree of automation, safe and reliable performance and the like, and solves the problem that a large amount of electric energy is wasted by the speed regulating resistor of a DC motor locomotive.
