[目的]确立原子荧光光谱法测定粉底类化妆品的最佳前处理方法。[方法]对粉底液分别采用HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4湿式消解、干灰化法和HNO3-H2O2微波消解3种方法前处理,原子荧光测定。[结果]采用HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4湿式消解获得的结果接近中位值,RSD<2%,回收率97.2%~103.2%,干灰化法和HNO3-H2O2微波消解获得的结果偏低。[结论]HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4湿式消解准确度高、稳定性好,适合粉底类化妆品砷测定的前处理。
[Objective] To establish the best pretreatment method for the determination of foundation powder by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [Method] The liquid foundation was pretreated with HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4 wet digestion, dry ashing method and microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2 respectively, and the atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used. [Result] The results obtained by wet digestion with HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4 were close to the median, RSD was less than 2% and the recoveries were 97.2% -103.2%. The results obtained by microwave digestion with dry ashing and HNO3-H2O2 were low. [Conclusion] The wet digestion of HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4 has high accuracy and good stability, and is suitable for pretreatment of arsenic determination of foundation cosmetics.
