科技人才问题具有空前的紧迫性。因为我们知道人才是未来科技竞争的关键 ,人才环境又将是未来科技人才 ,尤其是拔尖人才竞争的关键。引进、培养和留住拔尖人才 ,稳定科技人才队伍 ,是当今科技型企业 (科研院所 )实现跨世纪飞跃重中之重的课题。本文以安徽某研究所和某科技型企业实施人才培养与成果产业化相结合五个“一”工程的成功案例 ,提出引进、培养和留住拔尖人才及营造适宜于人才生存发展的优质环境的举措和观念
The issue of scientific and technological talents has unprecedented urgency. Because we know that talent is the key to future technological competition, the talented environment will be the key to future talents for science and technology, especially top-notch talents. The introduction, cultivation and retention of top-notch talents and the stabilization of scientific and technological talents are among the most important issues for the current era of trans-century leap in science and technology enterprises (research institutes). In this paper, a research institute in Anhui and a scientific and technological enterprise implement talent training and achievement industrialization combined with the success stories of five “one” projects. It proposes the introduction, cultivation and retention of top talents and creates a quality environment suitable for the survival and development of talents. Initiatives and ideas
