在阳畦中用玉米芯作培养料栽平菇,原料来源广,可就地取材,成本低,效益高。每平方米单产10—12.5公斤,生物效率可达80％以上。近两年沈阳市很多单位和个体户采用这种栽培方法栽平菇,均收到了较好的经济效果。1.建造阳畦.要选择背风向阳、排水良好的地块,挖成坐北朝南的阳畦。畦长5米,宽70厘米,深30厘米。畦内土面要拍平夯实,四周挖好排水沟。畦上用竹片做成拱架,高30厘米,拱架间距50厘米,以便覆盖塑料薄膜和草帘。阳畦也可做成北高南低的斜面畦床。每20厘米摆放一根架竿,以便上覆塑料薄膜和草帘。
