武钢有限一炼钢采用单渣法进行高碳低磷出钢冶炼工艺实践。通过使用铁矿石替代石灰石和铁皮,优化熔剂配比和加料方式,采取“前期化渣去磷、中期保碳升温、后期C-T调整”操作模式,吹炼终点熔池中碳的质量分数可以控制在0.30%~0.50%,磷的质量分数不大于0.015%,出钢温度不低于1 620℃。降低了终点熔池的氧含量,减少了钢水内生氧化物,提升了钢水纯净度,同时也降低了成本。
