虽然文化是种无形的东西,但它无时无刻都存在于人们周围。只有将医院的文化和价值观输送给员工,才能教会他们如何做人、如何做名好医生。2012年11月5日,南京鼓楼医院(下称“鼓楼医院”)新门诊楼开始试运行。一时间,铺天盖地的新闻报道和坊间消息,在平面媒体及网络上炸开了锅,纷纷质疑新院区的内部设计和配置过于奢华。其实,在近二十年的时间里,鼓楼医院的每一次大变革均会引来各方关注,甚至质疑。对于鼓楼医院和院长丁义涛而言,却善于以不为所动的坚持,将答案交给时间证明的态度,化解质疑。
