本文通过选取国有上市公司与民营上市公司相关数据,分析不同所有制结构下经营业绩与高管持股比例之间的相关性,指出我国国有企业在实施股权激励中存在的一些问题,希望对我国接下来的国企全面改革提供一定的借鉴意义。
This paper chooses the data of state-owned listed companies and private listed companies to analyze the correlation between business performance and executive shareholding under different ownership structure, points out some problems existing in the implementation of equity incentive in our state-owned enterprises, The reform of state-owned enterprises down provides some reference.
