4.4 宏观模型4.4.1 未反应区缩核模型(unreaction snrinking core model) 模拟气固反应的最简单方法是传统的未反应区缩核模型法。顾名思义,这一模型把反应描述为:反应发生在粒子对称的外部边缘(峰面).外边缘随着反应的进行不断向粒子中心收缩(图16)。因为反应峰面能够经过粒子内部的任意点,所以粒子最终要燃尽。此外,在未反应核周围形成灰层。
4.4 Macroscopic Models 4.4.1 unreaction snrinking core model The simplest method of simulating a gas-solid reaction is the conventional nucleation model for unreacted zones. As its name implies, the model describes the reaction as follows: The reaction occurs at the symmetrical outer edge (peak) of the particle, and the outer edge shrinks towards the center of the particle as the reaction progresses (Figure 16). Because the reaction peak can pass through any point inside the particle, the particles eventually burn out. In addition, a gray layer is formed around the unreacted core.
