长庆油田公司第二采油厂(简称采油二厂)年生产原油224万吨,是长庆油田陇东地区原油增储上产的主力单位。2010年以来,采油二厂开始研究建立企业内外部对标管理体系,使各系统工作均衡全面推进,切实促进了采油二厂均衡全面发展。对标体系建设做法(一)建立标准体系,提供对标管理基础1.分系统梳理对标指标。分生产管理、经营管理、行政管理、党群工作4个分组,分横向对标、纵向对标、内部对标3个层面,共梳理出4类3个层面共计61项指标。
