为探究充填体能耗机制、损伤特性与分层结构之间的内在关系,利用TAW-2000试验系统对填充次数分别为1,2,3和4的不同分层胶结充填体进行三轴循环加卸载试验.结果表明:充填体耗散能、弹性能和吸收的总能量与填充次数之间满足线性关系,充填体吸收的总能量大部分被耗散(约85%),仅少部分(约15%)用于产生弹性能.推导了充填体三维损伤值D计算公式,D随轴压的增长遵循指数递增、随围压的增大遵循指数递减、随填充次数的增多遵循多项式递增,较填充次数,围压对D影响更显著.借助Excel软件建立了D与轴压、围压和填充次数3个因素的回归方程.
In order to explore the relationship between energy consumption mechanism, damage characteristics and layered structure, a three-axis cyclic loading and unloading was carried out on different layered cemented filling bodies with filling times of 1, 2, 3 and 4 using TAW-2000 test system The results show that there is a linear relationship between energy dissipation, elastic energy and absorbed total energy and the number of filling. With the help of Excel software, the regression equations of D, axial compression, confining pressure and filling times are established.
