SS1型机车从141号以后,采用了下开式13号车钩。就其结构及安装方式来说,可分为两种。一种钩头尾部是平面形状。如图1所示,在钩头脖子与冲击座之间加调整垫,钩头的重量主要由冲击座的下框承担。另一种钩头的尾部为圆弧形状,钩头通过一个托铁和两个吊杆,吊在冲击座的上框上,在托铁与钩脖子之间加调整垫,如图2所示。后者与前者比较具有钩头摆动灵活,机车运行中钩舌磨耗小,方便曲线挂车作业等优点。但也存在运用中钩头吊杆断裂问题。由于运用中
SS1 locomotive from 141 onwards, the use of the next open car coupler 13. For its structure and installation, it can be divided into two kinds. A hook head tail is a planar shape. As shown in Fig. 1, an adjustment pad is arranged between the neck of the hook and the impact seat, and the weight of the hook head is mainly borne by the lower frame of the impact seat. Another kind of hook head has a circular arc shape. The hook head is suspended on the upper frame of the impact seat through a supporting iron and two hanging rods, and an adjusting cushion is arranged between the supporting iron and the hook neck, as shown in FIG. 2 . Compared with the former, the latter has the advantages of flexible swinging of the hook head, small wear of the knuckle in locomotive operation and convenient operation of curve trailer. But there are also problems with the use of the hook in the boom rupture. Due to the use
