为了营造舒适安全的空间站睡眠区气流组织环境,建立了三维睡眠区仿真模型,使用FLUENT对空间站睡眠区的流场、温度场以及CO2浓度场进行了数值计算,选取面部速度舒适比例和空气龄作为评价指标,对乘员面部区域气流组织质量进行了评价。结果表明:乘员面部区域速度舒适比例能够达到70%,满足航天员的安全与舒适性要求指标;乘员头部区域空气龄均值为28.4 s,空气较为新鲜;乘员头部区域温度在25℃左右,满足散热需求;乘员口鼻区CO2浓度低于1000 ppm,满足安全性要求。该通风方式满足空间站睡眠区的环控生保设计要求。
In order to create a comfortable and safe air environment for the sleeping area of the space station, a three-dimensional sleeping area simulation model was established. The flow field, temperature field and CO2 concentration field in the sleeping area of the space station were numerically calculated using FLUENT. The face velocity comfort ratio and air age were chosen as Evaluation index, the passenger area of the face air quality organization were evaluated. The results show that the comfort ratio of the occupant’s facial region can reach 70%, which meets the astronaut’s safety and comfort requirements. The average air age of the occupant’s head region is 28.4 s, the air is fresh, the occupant’s head region temperature is about 25 ℃, Meet the cooling needs; Crew nose and mouth area CO2 concentration of less than 1000 ppm, to meet the safety requirements. The ventilation mode meets the requirements of environmental protection and health protection design in the sleeping area of the space station.
