20以内进位加法是一年级上册数学教学的重点和难点,也是整个小学数学“数运算”教学的基础。由于低年级学生结构意识较差,体系建构能力薄弱,对进位加法的算理往往缺乏深入的理解。因此,有必要让学生通过操作学具,自主参与到数学活动中,把以动手为主的外部操作与观察、记忆、理解、思考结合起来,这对学生形成“凑十”思想,建立运算模型至关重要。沪教版教材在“20以内进位加法”这节课的学具选择上,除了提供常见的双色片外,还给出了20数板,即一块有20个整齐排列的圆圈组成的长方形塑料板(见图1)。
