目的研究湿热环境对维C银翘片中维生素C含量的影响。方法先通过干扰试验、精密度试验,判断维C银翘片中其他成分对实验测定有无影响,考察了实验的精密度;再通过常温常湿、干燥、湿热、高温高湿、低温高湿、高温低湿、低温低湿条件下维生素C含量测定实验,比较研究湿热环境对维C银翘片中维生素C含量的影响。结果与干燥、湿热条件比较,维C银翘片更适合在常温常湿条件下储存和运输;湿热条件不适合保存;其中,最不适合的储运条件是高温高湿环境,维生素C降解最为明显;低温低湿条件下,维生素C含量接近常温常湿环境。结论生产、储存、运输维C银翘片,以常温常湿为宜;应尽力避免高温高湿、低温高湿环境;低温低湿环境对保障药品维生素C含量方面与常温常湿作用相近。
Objective To study the effect of hot and humid environment on Vitamin C content in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets. Conclusions The production, storage and transportation of vitamin C Yinqiao tablets are suitable for normal temperature and normal humidity; high temperature, high humidity and low temperature and high humidity environment should be avoided; low temperature and low humidity environment should be similar to normal temperature and normal humidity for vitamin C content.
