目的:探讨自制的含组氨酸、Bimakalim的细胞内液型胶体液(HBS)对离体心脏的保存作用。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠16只,体重240~260g。随机均分为两组,采用微量灌注技术,分别用HBS和托马斯停搏液(STS)4℃保存离体鼠心24小时,再灌注60分钟进行比较研究。结果:HBS组心功能恢复程度明显优于STS组,再灌注期LDH、ET释放量HBS组低于STS组,HBS组心肌ATP含量高于STS组两倍以上,心肌超微结构保持完好。结论:HBS低温保存鼠心24小时效果明显优于临床上常用的STS。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preservation effect of self-made intracellular fluid colloidal fluid (His) containing histidine and Bimakalim on isolated heart. Methods: Sixteen healthy male SD rats weighing 240-260g. The rats were randomly divided into two groups. Microvessel perfusion technique was used to save isolated rat heart for 24 hours at 4 ℃ with HBS and STS respectively. The rats were reperfused for 60 minutes. Results: The recovery of cardiac function in HBS group was significantly better than that in STS group. The LDH and ET release in HBS group were lower than those in STS group during reperfusion. The myocardial ATP content in HBS group was more than twice that in STS group, and the myocardial ultrastructure remained intact. Conclusion: HBS preservation rat heart at 24 hours was significantly better than the clinically used STS.
