目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)三维(3D)多平面重组(multiplanar reconstruction,MPR)技术显示婴儿声门下血管瘤的价值。资料与方法搜集行MSCTA增强扫描的10例声门下血管瘤患儿资料进行回顾性分析,观察瘤体外形、大小、交通血管及与气道的关系。结果 3D MPR清晰显示了10例声门下血管瘤的位置、形态、大小、范围以及与气道、周围组织的关系。结论 MSCTA 3D MPR技术对声门下血管瘤的定位,显示其大小、范围、与气道关系等方面具有优势,是声门下血管瘤急症发作期诊断及鉴别诊断的选择替代方法。
Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional (3D) multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) with 64-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of infantile subglottic hemangiomas. Materials and Methods Collecting data of 10 cases of subglottic hemangiomas with MSCTA enhanced scanning were analyzed retrospectively to observe the shape, size, traffic vessels and the relationship with airway. Results The 3D MPR clearly showed the location, shape, size, range, and the relationship with the airway and surrounding tissues in 10 cases of subglottic hemangiomas. Conclusion MSCTA 3D MPR possesses the advantages of superiority in the location of subglottic hemangiomas, its size, range, and airway relationship. It is an alternative method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of subglottic hemangiomas.
