用激素(2,4-D,NAA,GA3和激动素)、低温和低温加激素分别处理大蒜气生鳞茎,大田栽培.对其三种发育途径(抽苔、分瓣,不抽苔、分瓣和结独瓣蒜)的百分比及鳞茎的单个重量,进行聚类分析.发现NAA、低温处理能明显提高独瓣率,激动素十低温能显著地促进分瓣,GA3十低温对抽苔有一定的促进作用.分析了各种处理对气生鳞茎发育的影响.探讨了利用外界条件调控大蒜气生鳞茎植株发育途径的可能性.
The garlic (Nicotiana tabacum L.) bulbs were treated with hormones (2,4-D, NAA, GA3 and kinetin), low temperature and low temperature plus hormones, and cultivated in field. Cluster analysis was conducted on the percentage of three developmental pathways (bolting, splitting, non-bolting, splitting and knot single garlic) and the single weight of the bulbs. Found NAA, low temperature treatment can significantly improve the single petal rate, ten low temperature kinetin can significantly promote the division, GA3 ten cold on the bolting has a certain role in promoting. The effects of various treatments on the development of aerial bulbs were analyzed. The possibility of regulating the developmental pathways of garlic bulblets by using external conditions was discussed.
