The 4th National Yearbook Advanced Seminar and Yearbook Compilation and Quality Seminar co-sponsored by the Academic Committee of the Chinese Association for Yearbook Annual Conference and the Yearbook Information and Research Magazine was held in Beidaihe from August 11 to 14, 2003, More than 50 participants in more than 30 yearbook units participated in the study and discussion.
