CNC系统轮廓控制最主要的问题是如何减小数控加工的轮廓误差。根据切线轮廓误差坐标理论,分析了数控加工中切线轮廓误差形成机理,提出了优化切线轮廓误差估算方法,推导了自由曲线优化轮廓误差模型,为提高CNC系统轮廓控制精度提供了一定的理论依据。
The main problem of CNC system contour control is how to reduce the contour error of CNC machining. According to the tangent contour error coordinate theory, the formation mechanism of tangent contour error in NC machining is analyzed. The method of estimating the contour error of tangent contour is proposed and the contour error model of free curve optimization is deduced. The theoretical basis is provided to improve the contour control accuracy of CNC system.
