目的对济南市两所高校584名大学生进行了艾滋病(AIDS)知识的现状、知识来源及行为、态度问卷调查。结果知识性问题总体知晓率60.7%,AIDS主要传播途径——性传播、血液传播、母婴垂直传播知识普及率分别为87.3%,91.3%和87.2%,AIDS知识来源主要为电视、广播(66.3%)和报刊杂志及书籍(19.5%)。被调查者92.6%和93.0%分别认为自己和周围人需要AIDS预防知识,55.0%表示不会歧视与自己相识的HIV感染者。结论应充分发挥学校在AIDS预防知识教育中的作用。
Objective To investigate the status of AIDS knowledge, knowledge sources, behaviors and attitudes of 584 college students from two universities in Jinan. Results The overall awareness rate of knowledge problems was 60.7%, and the main transmission routes of AIDS—sexual transmission, blood transmission, and mother-to-infant vertical transmission knowledge penetration rates were 87.3%, 91.3%, and 87.2%, respectively. The main sources are television, radio (66.3%) and newspapers, magazines and books (19.5%). 92.6% and 93.0% of respondents respectively believed that they and the people around them needed AIDS prevention knowledge, and 55.0% said they wouldn’t discriminate against HIV-infected people they knew. Conclusion It is necessary to give full play to the role of schools in the education of AIDS prevention knowledge.
