应用TG,TG-DSC-FTIR-MS联用技术和热裂解原位RSFT-IR技术研究了2,4-二硝基咪唑铅(PDNI)的热分解机理.结果表明,PDNI在102℃附近脱除分子内配位水,生成Pb(DNI)2;在284℃附近C—NO2断裂,生成NO2,咪唑环开环,伴随发生强烈的氧化放热反应,生成CO2,N2O和铅盐与咪唑残余基团形成的复杂混合物或多聚烃类化合物;在300~400℃范围内,PDNI继续缓慢分解,生成CO2,N2O和Pb[NCO]2;升温至410℃以上,PDNI分解生成CO和Pb[CN]2.
The thermal decomposition mechanism of 2,4-dinitroimidazole (PDNI) was studied by TG, TG-DSC-FTIR-MS and pyrolysis in situ RSFT-IR. The results showed that PDNI was near 102 ℃ In addition to coordinating water in the molecule, Pb (DNI) 2 is generated. At 284 ℃, C-NO2 cleaves to generate NO2. The imidazole ring is ring-opened and CO2, N2O, lead salts and imidazole residues are formed with intensive oxidation and exothermic reaction PDNI decomposes slowly to form CO2, N2O and Pb [NCO] 2 at 300 ~ 400 ℃; when the temperature rises above 410 ℃, PDNI decomposes to form CO and Pb [ CN] 2.
