信息科技的进步及网络使用的普及,电子病历的使用正成为一种趋势,它是医院信息管理的基础,与传统纸质病历相比,电子病历明显提高了病历信息使用的实时性.护理电子病历是护理人员对患者的病情观察和护理措施的原始记入,是医院质量管理的重要内容.电子病历以书写快捷、格式规范、记录清晰、时效性强、可在线保存、随时查阅等优点, 在临床护理工作中充分体现了它的先进性,有效地提高了护理文件书写质量,减少了文本抄写工作量.
