社会主义社会劳动力是不是商品,一直是我国理论界和改革实践中面临的重大问题。自从党的十四大关于建立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标确立之后,特别是十四届三中全会又提出要培育劳动力市场的问题后,实际操作中开始把劳动力当作商品,理论上也基本上得到了共识。大多数人认为,在市场经济条件下,必须要求各种社会经济资源进入市场,通过市场进行配置,劳动力是资源,就要由市场配置,就要商品化。尽管如此,学术界的争论并未停止,相当多的人持相反的态度,认为如果社会主义劳动力是商品的话,是与马克思科学社会主义基本原理相违背的,是与劳动者的主人翁地位和实行按劳分配原则相矛盾的。而且这两种观点的争论有
