为促进预拌砂浆的推广应用,华南理工大学研发了高性能砌筑水泥。为了促进这一技术的产业化,进行了试点工程应用。本文主要针对高性能砌筑水泥在番禺某楼盘试点工程的应用情况进行介绍。试点工程应用表明,砌筑型和抹灰型高性能砌筑水泥性能均能够满足国家标准《砌筑水泥》(GB/T3183-2003)要求,且高性能砌筑水泥的保水率大于95%。用其制备的砌筑砂浆和抹灰砂浆的性能可满足《预拌砂浆》(JG/T230-2007)和《蒸压加气混凝土用砌筑砂浆与抹灰砂浆》(JG890-2001)标准要求。采用贯入法对砌筑砂浆实体抗压强度进行的测试表明,虽然高性能砌筑水泥砂浆试块的抗压强度低于普通砌筑砂浆,但高性能砌筑水泥砂浆的实体抗压强度远高于普通砌筑砂浆。
In order to promote the application of ready-mixed mortar, South China University of Technology developed a high-performance masonry cement. In order to promote the industrialization of this technology, a pilot project has been carried out. This article mainly for high-performance masonry cement in Panyu, a real estate pilot project applications are introduced. The pilot project application shows that the performance of masonry and plastering high-performance masonry cement can meet the requirements of national standard “masonry cement” (GB / T3183-2003), and the water retention rate of high-performance masonry cement is greater than 95%. The performance of masonry mortar and plastering mortar prepared therefrom can meet the requirements of “ready-mixed mortar” (JG / T230-2007) and “masonry mortar and plastering mortar for autoclaved aerated concrete” (JG890-2001) . The test of solid compressive strength of masonry mortar by penetration method shows that although the compressive strength of high performance masonry cement mortar is lower than ordinary masonry mortar, the compressive strength of high performance masonry cement mortar is far Higher than normal masonry mortar.
