目的分析医学基础课程与临床专业课程考试成绩之间的关系,为医学基础课程改革提供依据。方法以天津医学高等专科学校2014级临床医学专业181名学生为调查对象,采用Pearson相关分析了解医学基础课程与临床专业课程的成绩相关性。结果医学基础课与临床专业课成绩之间总体呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论重视医学基础课程在临床教学中的作用,通过优化教学内容和运用多媒体教学等方式改进医学基础课程的教学,提高教学效率。
Objective To analyze the relationship between medical basic courses and clinical professional examinations and to provide basis for the reform of medical basic courses. Methods Totally 181 students of 2014 medical majors in Tianjin Medical College were enrolled in this study. Pearson correlation analysis was used to understand the correlation between medical basic courses and clinical professional courses. Results There was a positive correlation between basic medical courses and clinical professional courses (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions The importance of medical basic courses in clinical teaching is emphasized, and the teaching of basic medical courses is improved by optimizing teaching contents and using multimedia teaching to improve the teaching efficiency.
