The purpose of this study is to investigate the status quo of mental health practitioners and its influencing factors. 769 mental health practitioners from 20 provinces in the country filled in 93 questionnaires that were researched by the researcher and filled in blank questions. Among them, 2 of the 5 questionnaires drawn from this questionnaire had acceptable psychology Measurement indicators. The main factor analysis shows that the occupational stress of mental health practitioners can be divided into three categories: lack of professional ability, lack of unit support and overburdened work load. Regression analysis shows that non-professional factors that affect occupational stress include age, gender, educational level, full-time or part-time work, whether the site is dedicated, and the number of hours of weekly counseling. Among professional factors, supervision and training can significantly alleviate the occupational stress of mental health practitioners. Difficult conditions in treatment can significantly trigger the occupational stress of mental health practitioners.
