根据《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》、《广州市城市房屋拆迁管理办法》的规定,我局对下述国有土地范围内的房屋拆迁申请进行审查,核发房屋拆迁许可证[编号:拆许字(2006)第7号]。现将房屋拆迁许可证的内容和有关事项公告如下: 一、建设项目名称:商业金融业、商品住宅。二、拆迁地点和范围:海珠区华南大道以东、南环高速公路以西、珠江南侧、黄埔涌北侧地段,即现新港东路现门牌未列各一部分。三、拆迁人:广州市土地开发中心。四、拆迁实施单位:广州市土地开发中心。五、拆迁期限:自2006年3月24日至2007年12月24日止。六、拆迁人员进行房屋拆迁工作时,应当佩戴房屋拆迁员证;未佩戴房屋拆迁员证的,被拆迁人、房屋承租人有权拒绝与其协商。七、拆迁人与被拆迁人或者拆迁人、被拆迁人与房屋承租人达不成拆迁补偿安置协议的,经当事人申请,由本局裁决;被拆迁人或者房屋承租人是本局的,由广州市人民政府裁决。八、对本局核发的本公告公布的《房屋拆迁许可证》有异议的,可在公告公布之日起60日内向广州市人民政府申请行政复议,
