目的分析某造船有限公司X射线探伤机应用项目对周围环境的辐射影响。方法依据国家相关标准规定的限值及监测方法作为评价标准和监测手段。结果 X射线机非工作状态下,作业场所周围环境X、γ空气吸收剂量率监测结果范围为73.2~95.8 n Gy/h,处于该市天然放射性本底水平范围内。现场探伤时,控制区边界和监督区边界的X、γ辐射剂量率最大监测结果分别为4.66μGy/h和0.93μGy/h,低于《工业X射线探伤放射卫生防护标准》(GBZ117-2006)中规定的15μGy/h和1.5μGy/h的标准限值。结论该项目对职业工作人员和公众人员是安全的,对周围环境产生的影响较小。
Objective To analyze the radiation effects on the surrounding environment of a shipbuilding X-ray flaw detector application project. Methods Based on the limits and monitoring methods stipulated by relevant national standards, the method was used as the evaluation standard and monitoring method. Results X-ray machine non-working state, the ambient X, γ air dose rate monitoring results range of 73.2 ~ 95.8 n Gy / h, in the city’s natural radioactive background level. The maximum monitoring results of X, γ radiation dose rates at the border of the control area and the boundary of the monitoring area were 4.66μGy / h and 0.93μGy / h respectively at the time of on-site inspection, which was lower than that of “Radiation Protection Standard for Industrial X-Ray Inspection” (GBZ117-2006) In the standard limits of 15μGy / h and 1.5μGy / h. Conclusion The project is safe for professional workers and public officials with little impact on the surrounding environment.
