轴向柱塞泵的柱塞油缸在配流过程中会出现液压冲击并引起嗓音,采用带卸荷槽的非对称重叠型配流盘能对这种液压冲击和噪音进行有效地控制。但按一般资料推荐的设计万法只能在额定工况附近取得良好的效果。对于恒压变量轴向柱塞泵,常在小排量状态下工作,液压冲击和噪音仍很严重。本文介绍变量泵的带卸荷槽的非对称重叠型配流盘的最佳设计方法,可在整个变量范围内完全消除液压冲击。
