本文研究了在不同熔炼方式下加稀土铈对20,3,3碳素钢冷脆性能的影响。这些钢分别是在烏克兰金属研究所实验厂(200公斤感应炉和650公斤电弧炉),顿湼茨冶金工厂(140吨平炉)和彼特洛夫工厂(28吨吹氧转炉)熔炼的。为了避免稀土同渣接触,俟钢完全脱氧后即按铈铁或混合稀土(含50~70%Ce)形式加入钢中。其加入浓度分别按0.05,0.07,0.010,0.015,0.030和0.040%Ce
In this paper, the effects of rare earth cerium on the cold embrittlement properties of 20,3,3 carbon steel under different smelting methods were studied. The steels are smelted at the Experimental Plant of the Ukraine Institute of Metals (200 kg induction furnace and 650 kg EAF), the Donets Metallurgical Plant (140 ton open hearth furnace) and the Petr Petr plant (28 ton BOF) .
