福建永安智胜化工联合公司为促进维修工人学习技术业务,制定了《维修工人技术级别与岗位奖金的管理办法》,进一步强化了维修队伍的激励机制与约束机制。《办法》规定,维修工人分为初级工、中级工和高级工三个档次。实习试用期间经考试合格者定为初级工;工作满两年未能定级或在同一岗位上工作满两年未能升级的初级工作“待岗”处理。 初级工申请报考中级工必须具备两个以上岗位维修实践和检验技能。业务特别突出的中级工可申报高级工。优秀高级工可参加公司评聘维修技师,享受技师待遇。但都必须参加车间组织的技术培训考核,如果单科不及格先扣发半月奖金并参加补考;补考仍不及格或两科以上不及格者低定一级技术级。成级优异者可以认定为升级考试成绩。高级工有效期为2年。
Fujian Yongan Zhisheng Chemical Co., Ltd. has promoted the learning technology business of maintenance workers and formulated the “Administrative Measures for Maintenance Workers’ Technical Level and Position Bonus” to further strengthen the incentive and restraint mechanisms of the maintenance team. The “Procedure” stipulates that maintenance workers are divided into three grades: junior, intermediate and senior workers. During the internship period, those who pass the examination are designated as junior workers; those who have not worked for two years or who have worked in the same position for two years cannot upgrade. A junior worker applying for entry to a secondary level must have more than two post maintenance practices and inspection skills. Middle-class workers with outstanding business can apply for senior workers. Excellent senior workers can participate in the company’s appointment and maintenance technicians and enjoy the benefits of technicians. But all must participate in the technical training assessment organized by the workshop, if the failure of the single section first deduct half-year bonuses and participate in make-up examination; make-up still fail or more than two subjects fail to set a low technical level. Those with excellent grades can be deemed to have upgraded their test scores. Senior workers are valid for 2 years.
