磷霉素(Fosfomycin略称FOM)是从新霉素链霉菌(Streptomyces fradiae)中分离出来的抗生物质,其特点为化学构造简单,易溶于水,化学性质稳定。作用机制是阻碍细菌的细胞壁合成。本品与其他抗生素没有交叉耐药性,对多种抗生素耐药的细菌亦有抗菌作用,此外还具有无抗原性和不产生抗体的特点。磷霉素对绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、沙雷氏菌及耐药性葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌敏感。对厌氧菌亦有抗菌作
