目的:探讨参慈胶囊及顺铂对Lewis肺癌组织Survivin、Livin的抑制作用。方法:将60只C57BL/6小鼠接种Lewis肺癌瘤株细胞建立实体瘤模型,随机分为模型组、参慈胶囊组、参慈胶囊+顺铂组、顺铂组。模型组予等体积生理盐水,其余各组荷瘤小鼠均用药21 d,采用免疫组化技术检测Survivin与Livin表达情况。结果:参慈胶囊+顺铂组较其他治疗组能显著降低Lewis肺癌组织Survivin、Livin的表达(P<0.05)。结论:下调Survivin与Livin的表达,可能是其促进细胞凋亡,增强化疗敏感性的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of shenqi capsule and cisplatin on Lewis lung carcinoma Survivin and Livin. Methods: Sixty C57BL / 6 mice were inoculated with Lewis lung carcinoma cells to establish solid tumor models and were randomly divided into model group, Shenqi capsule group, Shenzi capsule + cisplatin group and cisplatin group. The model group was given equal volume of normal saline, and the remaining mice in each group were treated for 21 days. The expression of Survivin and Livin was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: ShenCi capsule + cisplatin group could significantly reduce the expression of Survivin and Livin in Lewis lung cancer tissues compared with other treatment groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The down regulation of the expression of Survivin and Livin may be one of the mechanisms to promote apoptosis and enhance chemosensitivity.
