采用Visual C++与ANSYS有限元软件的参数化建模与分析功能相结合,创建了滚动轴承的参数化建模及有限元接触强度分析平台。该平台通过输入深沟球轴承、圆柱滚子轴承等系列滚动轴承的关键参数,就自动生成滚动轴承整体的有限元网格模型、边界条件及接触对,最后通过直接调用ANSYS相关模块进行有限元接触强度计算。通过对比分析6208深沟球轴承的赫兹接触强度计算结果与该平台的有限元接触强度计算结果,验证了该平台的有效性,为更深入地研究滚动轴承提供了快捷方便的数值分析平台。
By using the parametric modeling and analysis functions of Visual C ++ and ANSYS finite element software, the parameterized modeling of rolling bearing and the finite element contact strength analysis platform were established.
