薄壁套类零件在业生产加工中被广泛使用,但是由于其加工工艺性较差,在切削热、切削力、残余应力、夹紧力等影响下,薄壁在加工过程中容易产生变形,不便于提高加工效率和加工精度的控制。本文对套类零件加工中影响其加工精度的主要因素和加工工艺进行分析,通过改变装夹方式和改变刀具角度解决薄壁套类零件在加工中存在的问题。重新设计制作装夹方式,刀具几何参数保证加工质量,提高生产加工效率。
Thin-walled sleeve parts are widely used in the production and processing of industry, but because of its poor processing technology, the thin wall is easily deformed during the processing due to cutting heat, cutting force, residual stress and clamping force, Inconvenient to improve the processing efficiency and processing accuracy control. In this paper, the main factors that affect the machining accuracy of the parts in different kinds of parts are analyzed and the processing technology is analyzed. The problems existing in the processing of the thin-walled parts are solved by changing the clamping method and changing the tool angle. Re-design production clamping method, the geometric parameters of the tool to ensure processing quality, improve production and processing efficiency.
