目的比较复发、难治低度恶性和中～高度恶性NHL用含氟达拉滨(FDB)联合化疗的疗效。方法两组患者既往均多次用CHOP等方案治疗后病情复发,现用2疗程以上的含FDB的联合化疗治疗。结果用药后两组患者的淋巴结均有缩小,低度恶性组有效率(CR+PR)85.7%,高度恶性组为57.2%,两组有显著差异,(P<0.01)。结论含FDB联合化疗可提高对复发、难治NHL的疗效,改善患者的预后。
Objective To compare the curative effects of combined treatment with fludarabine (FDB) and chemotherapy in patients with recurrent and refractory low grade malignant and moderate to high grade NHL. Methods The two groups of patients in the past were repeatedly treated with CHOP and other programs after the recurrence of the disease, is more than 2 courses of treatment with FDB combined with chemotherapy. Results The lymph nodes of both groups were reduced after treatment. The effective rate of CR + PR was 85.7% in low malignant group and 57.2% in highly malignant group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion FDB combined with chemotherapy can improve the curative effect of recurrent and refractory NHL and improve the prognosis of patients.
