本文对70对习惯性流产夫妇进行了 G 显带染色体核型分析,结果发现异常核型6例(4.29%包括性染色体嵌合体45,×0/46,××)3例(2.14%),罗伯逊易位3例(13/14易位2例,21/22易位1例)(2.14%)。其中1例(21/22易位)母亲核型正常,父亲为平衡易位携带者(21/22易位),女儿为易位型21三体,属一家三代遗传。另1例(13/14易位)的女儿亦为平衡易位携带者(13/14易位),其核型与母亲完全相同。
In this paper, 70 cases of habitual abortion couples were G-banding karyotype analysis showed that abnormal karyotype in 6 cases (4.29% including sex chromosome chimerism 45, × 0/46, ××) in 3 cases (2.14%), Robertson translocation in 3 cases (13/14 translocation in 2 cases, 21/22 translocation in 1 case) (2.14%). One case (21/22 translocation) mother normal karyotype, the father of balanced translocation carriers (21/22 translocation), the daughter of the translocation type 21 trisomy, is a three generations of heredity. Another daughter (13/14 translocation) was also a balanced translocator (13/14 translocations) with the same karyotype as the mother.
