目的:建立测定薄荷药材中薄荷脑含量的顶空进样气相色谱定量分析方法。方法:HP-INNOWax毛细管色谱柱;进样口温度:220℃;氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度250℃;初始温度90℃,保持1min后以5℃/min的速率升温至150℃,保持12min。结果:在0.5265~4.212mg.mL-1范围内呈线性,相关系数r=0.9992,加样回收率为93.55%(RSD=1.46%,n=9)。结论:本方法结果准确,重现性好,简便快速,适用于控制薄荷药材质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative analysis of menthol content in peppermint herbs by headspace gas chromatography. Method: HP-INNOWax capillary column; inlet temperature: 220 ℃; hydrogen flame ionization detector, detector temperature of 250 ℃; initial temperature of 90 ℃, holding 1min at 5 ℃ / min rate of heating to 150 ℃, Hold for 12min. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.5265 ~ 4.212mg.mL-1. The correlation coefficient was 0.9992. The recovery rate was 93.55% (RSD = 1.46%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, simple and rapid, suitable for controlling the quality of mint medicinal materials.
