一、前言东北的冬季是木材生产的黄金季节。解放以来,东北林区广大职工,利用冬季的有利季节为国家生产了大量木材。但到目前为止,各局冬季木材生产比重有多少,各不相同,最多达90％,最少才54％。冬季生产比重究竟多大合适,多年来森工企业是有很大争论的。有的局提出一年任务一冬完,有的局坚持常年流水,冬夏比重相差不大。为解决这个问题,我们做了初步调查研究。做为确定冬夏作业比重的依据。
