通过阐述“集中受理、优化装车”货运组织改革的总体思路,分析了昆明铁路局在推进“集中受理、优化装车”货运组织改革过程中取得的成效:依托信息化手段实现铁路货运服务方式的变革;实施有效的客户关系管理实现营销理念的转变;优化业务办理流程实现计划管理的创新;通过货运营销实现市场需求与运力资源配置的有机结合,提出进一步优化业务流程、完善系统功能,构建铁路货运客户服务中心、完善营销机制,健全配套管理规章制度,建立灵活的营销组合策略等推进“集中受理、优化装车”货运组织改革的措施。
